Our Story
Cosmic Slice PDX started in 2018 as a food cart on Division Street. Three friends, one oven, and a dream to make Portland's loudest, funkiest pizza.
We weren't trying to be fancy. We wanted pizza that felt like a backyard BBQ—messy toppings, bold flavors, zero pretension. The kind of pie you eat standing up at midnight because you can't wait to sit down.
In 2020, we moved into our brick-and-mortar spot on SE Funk Ave. Same energy, bigger oven. We've got a dining room that looks like a 70s record store threw a party with a punk zine. Neon signs, vinyl spinning, and walls covered in local art.
Our crew is a mix of line cooks, artists, musicians, and night owls who believe pizza is the great equalizer. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or a meat-lover, we've got a slice with your name on it.
What We Stand For
House-Made Dough
Every morning, we mix, knead, and proof our dough from scratch. No shortcuts, no frozen stuff. Just flour, water, yeast, salt, and time.
Local Ingredients
We source from Portland-area farms and producers whenever possible. Fresh veggies, quality meats, real cheese. Supporting the community tastes better.
Late-Night Friendly
Night shift workers, bar hoppers, insomniacs—we got you. Hot pies until 2AM on weekends. Because pizza knows no bedtime.
